Trenches of War 1.1

Trenches of War is an engaging strategy game inspired by World War I. It offers a fast-paced experience that challenges players to navigate through the treacherous Alps, capturing trenches, barracks, and factories to gain victory. In this game, players will need to utilize strategic timing and careful unit recruitment to successfully cross the battlefield and infiltrate the enemy camp.

The recruitment and control of units are seamless, as players can easily access the corresponding buttons located at the bottom of the screen. By pressing these buttons, players can command troops to either advance or halt their movements. Different types of units, such as soldiers, flamethrowers, tanks, snipers, and artillery, each have unique capabilities and advancing requirements.

To enhance gameplay possibilities, elite units can be unlocked by pressing and sliding up on the Sniper, Tank, and Artillery buttons. This adds an extra layer of depth and strategic decision-making to the game.

In Trenches of War, resources are acquired through various means. Money gradually accumulates over time but can also be earned by eliminating enemies, capturing trenches, or successfully obtaining crates that fall within your territory.

Engaging in combat not only yields financial rewards but also contributes to a power meter. Once this meter is full, players can activate power-ups such as speed boosts or temporary immunity to gain an advantageous edge on the battlefield.

Players must also keep an eye on their score multiplier in the top-right corner of the screen. This multiplier contributes to both monetary rewards and power-gain, creating further incentives for skillful play.

The game intelligently incorporates environmental elements as well. Players will encounter cornfields that provide cover for infantry units attempting to cross them. Rivers will also affect unit movements; soldiers are slowed down to 3/4 of their normal speed on sunny days and only move at 1/3 of their normal speed during rainy weather.

As the game progresses, trenches automatically evolve and become fortified with barbed wire, adding an extra layer of defense to strategic positions. Players can also seize control of barracks and factories to spawn units closer to the battlefield, enabling more efficient mobilization.
